OUR PROCESSES
1. Selection and Classification
Raw material used in each of our processes is selected and classified according to the highest standards of quality.
2. Cleaning and disinfection
These processes ensure the microbiological quality of raw material used .
3. Drying
This phase is performed at controlled time and temperature as humidity obtained after bucking until reach a maximum final humidity content of 8% to ensure process efficiency and product quality.
4. Milling
Crushing and grinding Process of Pepper is made in this phase made by a hammer mill a fine, characteristic powder and necessary for spices, and natural seasoning coloring is obtained.
5. Thermo-sterilized / Autoclaving
Thermo-sterilizedIt is the process by which microorganisms subjected to the action of heat at 121 – 134 ° C by injecting pressurized dry saturated steam.
The 121°C cycle is 15′ , the 134 °C is 7′.Autoclaving
Autoclaving by water steam is the method par excellence to have a high efficiency for their penetrating ability, reliability monitoring, security, absence of toxic waste and the cheapest among traditional systems sterilization.
6. Packaging
Packaging of the final product according to customers’ requirement. At this stage, we have ready materials and packing needed for the packaging.
